Job Description

We’re seeking a visionary Head of People and Culture to drive organizational excellence and build a future-ready workforce for a leading cybersecurity company. This role is pivotal in fostering a high-performance culture, institutionalizing learning, and creating systems that enhance productivity and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate is a strategic HR leader with deep expertise in talent management, organizational transformation, and people analytic; someone who blends business acumen with a passion for developing people and culture in a tech-driven environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).

✅ Master’s degree (preferred).

✅ Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 7 years at an executive or senior level.

✅ Proven expertise in organizational design, change management, and knowledge management.

✅ Demonstrated success in driving large-scale people transformation and building scalable systems.

✅ Strong background in learning, development, and productivity frameworks.

✅ Professional certification such as CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR is required.
