Job Description
LemFi is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead influencer partnerships, educational webinars, and brand campaigns. The role is focused on driving engagement with Nigerian creators who have audiences in the UK, USA, and EU, while also managing local activations such as the LemFi Creators Summit in Lagos. The successful candidate will collaborate with the marketing and CRM teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and foster stronger community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Nigerian influencers targeting international audiences.
Host webinars for creators on content strategy, diaspora growth, and monetization via LemFi.
Organize and support local campaigns, including the LemFi Creators Summit.
Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to boost user engagement.
Act as a brand ambassador through public speaking and community initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in influencer relations or digital engagement.
Strong background in digital marketing, content strategy, or creator partnerships.
Confident public speaker and experienced webinar facilitator.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
