Job Description
Ladlas Prince LLC, a professional management consulting firm, is recruiting qualified accounting graduates for its 2025 Graduate Trainee Programme. The firm specializes in accounting and bookkeeping, audit remediation, enterprise risk management, web and database design, among other management solutions.
As a Graduate Trainee Accountant, you will be exposed to key responsibilities that prepare you for a rewarding career in accounting and consulting. This includes hands-on involvement in business analysis, financial reporting, and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business operations, financial trends, and obligations to forecast future revenues and expenses.
- Prepare financial reports and offer data-driven advice to management.
- Develop, maintain, and upgrade accounting systems and documentation.
- Manage accounting tasks with flexibility, including work during off-hours or weekends when necessary.
- Collect and compile accounting data directly from clients in the field.
- Perform other finance-related tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Accounting (only Accounting graduates are eligible).
- Must have completed NYSC, with 0–1 year of post-NYSC experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinker with sound judgment and resourcefulness.
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with accounting databases and software is an added advantage.
- Applicants must reside in Ibadan.
- ICAN certification is a plus.
