Job Description
1. Lead, ERP (Navision)
The Lead, ERP (Navision) will oversee the management, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s ERP system (MS Dynamics NAV). The role involves ensuring data accuracy, driving system efficiency, and supporting decision-making and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements
- First degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of C/AL, RDLC reporting, SSRS, MSSQL Queries, Oracle, .NET technologies, and Web Services.
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience with MS Dynamics NAV in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
2. Financial Controller
The Financial Controller will be responsible for leading the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, compliance, and financial planning. The role requires maintaining strong internal controls and providing strategic leadership in managing financial resources.
Qualifications & Requirements
- First degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
- Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is an added advantage.
- Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA are required.
- Minimum of 12 years relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a management role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Head, Financial Planning & Analysis
The Head, Financial Planning & Analysis will lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance evaluation processes. The role will provide strategic insights through financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance reporting to support management decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements
- First degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA are required.
- Minimum of 12 years relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a management role within FMCG or manufacturing.

- A first degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant discipline such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Professional certifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA, etc.) are required for finance-related positions.
- Minimum of 8–12 years of relevant experience depending on the role, with proven track records in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience (3–5 years for senior roles).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems (MS Dynamics NAV), and IT tools as applicable to each role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
