Job Description
As a Customer Service Officer, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product or service-related assistance with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications & Requirements
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline
- Previous experience in customer service or similar role
- Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills
- Proficient with CRM software and customer service tools
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities
- Proven track record of meeting performance metrics
- Must be 30 years old or younger
