Job Description
The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers, responsible for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries about products and services
- Resolve issues and complaints efficiently and courteously
- Provide support via phone, email, or other communication channels
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate departments
- Document customer feedback and assist in service improvements
- Contribute to creating a positive customer experience
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc. or HND) in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service role within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Must be fluent in both Igbo and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible or shift-based schedules
- Good understanding of customer relationship management and service practices
