County Cargo is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer (Female) to join its growing team in Jabi, Abuja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, building long-term customer relationships, and supporting the company’s marketing initiatives through digital platforms. Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Use social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp) for customer engagement and marketing.
- Support business growth through active promotion of services and follow-up on leads.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp).
