The TotalEnergies Young Graduate Programme is designed to provide early career professionals with hands-on experience, international exposure, and a clear pathway to full-time opportunities. It combines real-time business projects, mentorship, and cross-cultural work experiences in two phases:- 6 months in Nigeria (home country)
- 12 months in another TotalEnergies affiliate in Africa or at the Headquarters in Paris (based on performance)
Qualifications & Requirements
To be eligible, candidates must:- Be a Nigerian national
- Be below 26 years of age
- Have less than 1 year of professional experience
- Have completed the NYSC program
- Have lived at least 6 months in Nigeria prior to application
- Hold a B.Sc., B.A., or HND in any discipline
