Job Description

The Senior Field Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining executive relationships with enterprise customers, managing complex business cycles, and driving business growth opportunities. This role involves collaborating with customer engineers and Google Partners to achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and strengthen executive relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Negotiate and manage complex end-to-end business cycles, often with C-level executives.
  • Lead account strategy and generate business growth opportunities.
  • Understand each customer’s technology footprint, growth plans, and strategic goals.
  • Drive business development, accurately forecast sales, and lead customers through the full sales cycle.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years’ experience in technology sales (SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products and platforms).
  • Experience selling a portfolio of products at C-level.
  • Experience in large, complex commercial and legal negotiations with procurement, legal, and business teams.
  • Experience promoting Google Cloud technologies to large organizations across multiple geographies.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence executive-level decisions.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
