Job Description

Available Positions 

1. HR Manager

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources management and serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership. The role focuses on HR strategy, recruitment, employee engagement, training, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations and HR queries.
  • Develop and implement HR policies compliant with employment laws.
  • Identify and coordinate training and employee development programs.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Champion employee engagement, culture, and wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BA/BSc/HND, MBA/MSC/MA).
  • Professional certifications (SHRM, CIPD, CIPMN, PHRI) preferred.
  • Proven HR generalist experience, ideally in a medium-sized organization.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

2. Governance, Risk, Audit, and Compliance (GRAC) Lead

The GRAC Lead will design and manage governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks to ensure organizational accountability and resilience. The role involves policy oversight, internal audit, and enterprise risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks and policies.
  • Lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning.
  • Develop and manage internal audit programs and compliance reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Provide assurance and advisory support to executive management.
  • Lead risk and compliance training initiatives across departments.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Risk Management, Business, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.
  • 5–8 years’ experience in risk, audit, or compliance roles.
  • Solid understanding of GRC frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000, COBIT).
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
  • High ethical standards with proficiency in audit/GRC tools.
