Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and creative Production Manager to join our team at NM TV. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of production, ensuring smooth operations from pre-production to post-production. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Film, Communications, or related fields
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience in production management (preferably in media, TV, or film)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in production software/tools and familiarity with camera, lighting, and sound equipment
- A creative mindset with keen attention to detail
