Coca-Cola HBC Nigeria is seeking to hire a Portfolio and Commercialization Specialist, Emerging Portfolio to support its strategic portfolio management and commercialization initiatives. The role involves shopper and omni-channel strategy development, new product management, and aligning brand activities with business objectives for sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities
- Co-develop portfolio strategy with New Business Brand Team & Portfolio Manager.
- Support optimal choices for sustainable topline and margin growth.
- Drive category profitability improvements in synergy with RGM & RTM.
- Prepare business cases for new product development (NPD) and design integrated launch plans.
- Implement assigned projects including brand platforms and NCPs deployment.
- Execute aligned category development frameworks.
- Manage brand activity channel calendar in collaboration with Portfolio Integration Manager.
- Support execution teams in strategy deployment per channel.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Strategy, or Brand Management is an advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales and trade marketing.
- Proven record in end-to-end project management.
- Strong knowledge of beverage products, trade marketing, and omni-channel strategies.
- Understanding of business strategy, product P&L, and commercialization processes.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with strong determination and competitive industry knowledge.
