Learning and Development Officer Tatum Bank is seeking a Learning and Development Officer to design and implement employee training programs, enhance organizational learning capacity, and drive continuous professional growth across all departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying learning needs, coordinating training sessions, and measuring learning effectiveness to support the bank’s strategic objectives.
