Job Description

Available Positions 

1. Design Engineer

The Design Engineer will be responsible for developing and improving mechanical systems, components, and products. The role requires applying engineering principles, creativity, and technical knowledge to ensure safety, efficiency, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical parts, assemblies, and systems using CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA).
  • Conduct engineering analyses including stress, heat transfer, fluid flow, and vibration simulations.
  • Select materials and appropriate manufacturing processes (CNC, molding, casting, 3D printing).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are practical and cost-effective.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety codes, and regulations.
  • Prepare design documentation, reports, and manuals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • B.Eng / HND in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CAD design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Creo).
  • Strong understanding of mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials science.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Project management and teamwork abilities.

2. Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer will serve as a bridge between technical expertise and client relationship management. The role focuses on promoting power solutions, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships in industrial and commercial sectors.
  • Promote and sell power generation products (generators, turbines, transformers).
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Consult with clients to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Coordinate with project and technical teams to ensure smooth product delivery and installation.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • B.Eng / HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of power generation systems (generators, turbines, switchgear).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Business acumen with a target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and service teams.
