Candy TV is seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead and manage all HR-related functions across the company. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic, remote environment and can balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on administrative responsibilities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with Nigerian labor laws. Key Responsibilities- Oversee the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and frameworks.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and conflict management.
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
- Provide HR reports and insights to leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
