Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning, and drive revenue-aligned outcomes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SaaS/CPaaS or technology sectors and a proven ability to align marketing with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of Termii’s marketing strategy.
- Build and scale brand presence across multiple channels and regions.
- Drive measurable lead generation to support revenue growth.
- Collaborate with B2B sales teams to align marketing and sales goals.
- Lead marketing initiatives for new market entry and global expansion.
- Craft compelling brand stories to engage customers and stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles.
- Strong background in SaaS, CPaaS, or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success in building brands and delivering measurable marketing outcomes.
- Solid experience supporting B2B sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with new market entry and global expansion strategies is an added advantage.
