Job Description
The Facility Management Officer will play a key role in maintaining the company’s facilities to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance while driving cost-effective operations. The position involves preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and safety management to support seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive and routine maintenance schedules.
- Conduct inspections of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs.
- Track and report maintenance activities, costs, and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost savings.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (Entry-Level).
