Job Description
Our client, Nigeria’s leading full-service print and copy center, seeks to hire a Customer Service Representative (Frontliner) to serve as the first point of contact for customers. The successful candidate will provide professional assistance, handle inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining the company’s high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to walk-in customers courteously and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.
- Process payments, transactions, and service orders where applicable.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Ensure the front desk or service area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Promote company offerings to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collect and relay customer feedback for service improvement.
- Comply with company procedures and operational standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or front desk operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of CRM or POS systems.
- Neat appearance, courteous disposition, and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform well under pressure.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.
