Job Description
The 2026 CAP PLC Management Trainee Programme is a one-year accelerated learning experience designed to groom high-performing graduates into future leaders.
The program offers a unique blend of structured learning, cross-functional rotations, and real business challenges that accelerate both professional and personal growth.
Trainees will gain hands-on experience across key business functions, learn from industry experts, and develop the leadership and problem-solving skills needed to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in relevant disciplines.
- Minimum of Second Class Upper Division or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience (including NYSC).
- Must be not more than 26 years old by February 2026.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a passion for continuous learning.
