Job Description
Promasidor Nigeria, the manufacturer of iconic brands like Cowbell, is hiring for the role of Audit Supervisor. This role is ideal for professionals with an eye for compliance, a knack for risk assessment, and a passion for internal auditing in a dynamic FMCG environment.
As an Audit Supervisor, you will support the internal audit team in executing risk-based audits, investigating potential risks, and promoting internal control processes. The role includes ensuring compliance with internal procedures and international audit standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary assessments and assist in designing audit programs.
- Prepare audit documentation in line with international auditing standards.
- Carry out assurance and consulting engagements.
- Ensure audit work papers and evidence are properly filed and retrievable.
- Track and monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Support fraud investigations and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Promote internal control awareness and compliance across departments.
- Perform other assignments or ad-hoc audits as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Business, MIS, or related fields.
- 3–5 years’ audit experience in a large FMCG or Big 4 firm.
- ACA, CIA, CISA, or other professional certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience in IT audits and data analytics is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit tools.

- Solid understanding of internal policies, accounting principles, and risk controls.
- Strong analytical and report writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel nationally (up to 30%).
