Job Description
Job Title: Management Trainee
Orange Group is seeking passionate and goal-oriented graduates to join its 2025 Graduate Trainee Program. This opportunity is designed to groom future leaders by offering structured training across various departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service.
Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
- Understudy departmental operations and contribute to daily functions.
- Participate in strategic business planning.
- Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Learn company protocols, policies, and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with senior managers and supervisors.
- Prepare documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in interdepartmental projects and possible field visits.
- Engage in conflict resolution training and disciplinary processes when applicable.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./HND); a background in Management or Business is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in Sales, Customer Service, or any relevant field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid mathematical and analytical ability.
- Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills.
