The Graduate Trainee Program at 3F Capital Limited is designed to develop high-performing graduates into future leaders in investment banking, engineering, and project development. The program combines structured training, mentorship, and real-world experience across 3F’s energy and infrastructure projects, helping participants build strong analytical, technical, and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:- Participate in intensive training and mentorship sessions.
- Engage in financial modeling, feasibility studies, and due diligence.
- Support project management in energy, gas, and infrastructure sectors.
- Collaborate with teams on technical and commercial strategy.
- Contribute to research, reporting, and investment analysis tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Energy Economics, Finance, Accounting, Chemical, Civil, Electrical/Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Second-Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit.
- Fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial tools.
- Strong problem-solving and presentation capabilities.
- Willingness to work in plant/field environments and adapt to rotational postings.
