Job Description

Bamboo Technology is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused graduates to join its 2025 Customer Care Trainee Program.

As a Customer Experience Trainee, you will be the first point of contact for Bamboo’s users, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The role provides hands-on experience in customer support, communication, and problem-solving within a dynamic fintech environment.

This is a remote, full-time trainee program lasting six months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via live chat and email.
  • Deliver a top-notch user experience aligned with Bamboo’s brand values.
  • Build trust and confidence within the Bamboo community through clear, empathetic communication.
  • Identify recurring issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve user experience.
  • Troubleshoot product-related concerns and escalate technical issues when necessary.
  • Track customer feedback and provide insights to enhance Bamboo’s service quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 0–12 months of experience in customer service, fintech, payments, e-commerce, or contact center roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/B.Sc./HND) in any relevant field.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, patient, and professional attitude.
  • Passion for startups, technology, and customer success.
  • Open to working weekend shifts when necessary.
  • Self-driven, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn continuously.
  • Ability to handle feedback constructively and maintain high service quality.
