Job Description

Available Positions 

1. Product Marketing & Brand Manager

We are seeking a Product Marketing & Brand Manager to lead the launch, positioning, and go-to-market strategy of our new career and job search app designed to empower professionals across Africa. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, using storytelling, design, and data to create a strong, trusted brand that resonates with job seekers, professionals, and employers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market and brand positioning strategies.
  • Define product messaging and storytelling across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to align marketing strategies.
  • Plan and lead creative launch campaigns and brand communications.
  • Oversee creation of marketing assets, visuals, and videos.
  • Conduct market and user research for insight-driven campaigns.
  • Manage influencer and community campaigns.
  • Track and optimize marketing performance metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 4–6+ years’ experience in product marketing, brand management, or creative strategy.
  • Proven experience launching or scaling a digital product or mobile app.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads.
  • Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and project management abilities.
  • Deep understanding of African professional audiences.

2. Creative / Brand Manager

We are hiring a Creative & Brand Manager to shape the visual and emotional perception of our brand across Africa and the diaspora. You’ll manage the company’s storytelling, visuals, and brand experience across social media, campaigns, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage visual identity and tone of voice.
  • Design creative assets for ads, social media, and landing pages.
  • Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
  • Develop adaptable templates and brand systems.
  • Lead A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Produce monthly trend and creative performance reports.
  • Manage freelancers (videographers, photographers, designers).

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 4–6 years’ experience in creative or brand design, ideally for tech or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven ability to design performance-driven creatives.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience in digital advertising and creative strategy.
  • Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
  • Deep understanding of African and diaspora culture.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills.
