Qualifications & Requirements
Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, etc.
Hands-on experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex for prompt orchestration.
Proven ability in multi-turn conversation design.
Analytical mindset for testing, evaluation, and fine-tuning outputs.
Awareness of AI safety, bias mitigation, and guardrail design.
