Role Overview
As a Part-Time Customer Success Representative, you’ll:
Provide responsive and empathetic customer support via email and live chat
Troubleshoot issues and liaise with the development team
Help users navigate the platform and complete assessments
Contribute to documentation and customer experience improvement
Qualifications & Requirements
Excellent written and verbal English
Experience in Customer Support or Success (preferably SaaS)
Great communication, problem-solving & organization skills
Ability to work remotely and independently
Calm, empathetic, and detail-oriented under pressure
Bonus: Familiarity with HubSpot, Jira, Confluence, or Zendesk
