Available Positions 1. Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (DTPS) The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Digital & Technology Platform Services) will lead the recruitment process for IT professionals across Coca-Cola HBC’s operations. The role requires collaboration with HR teams, hiring managers, and external partners to attract and onboard top digital and technology talent. Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across multiple countries.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies using digital platforms.
- Build and maintain a pipeline for critical IT roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment needs with business goals.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and report hiring progress to leadership.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices in hiring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Proven success recruiting for IT roles at various seniority levels.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS (Avature preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Develop and manage category reports to track volume, revenue, and margins.
- Translate complex commercial data into actionable insights.
- Conduct scenario planning to identify business opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing and promotional strategies.
- Lead workshops to enhance RGM capabilities across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in Revenue Growth Management, Analytics, or Finance within FMCG.
- Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Nielsen, or Kantar.
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen.
- Excellent storytelling, data visualization, and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting dashboards.
- Analyze and report the effectiveness of trade promotions.
- Recommend data-driven improvements to promotional strategies.
- Support category planning, price management, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment.
- Deliver detailed dashboards and insights for management review.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2–4 years’ experience in trade promotions, sales analytics, or category management.
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Excellent business and financial acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
