Available Positions 1. Backend Platform Engineer Job Description: Responsible for coding, architecting, and owning complex backend components. Work on customer onboarding, AI-driven process optimization, and scalable systems. Qualifications & Requirements:- Proficiency in TypeScript / Node.js (experience with Java/C# an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of observability tools (Datadog, structured logging, metrics).
- Experience in automation, AI integration, and scalable backend design.
- Team-oriented, curious, and focused on delivering high-quality solutions.
- 2+ years in engineering management.
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, microservices).
- Experience with observability tools (Datadog, OpenTelemetry).
- Proven ability to manage distributed/remote teams.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, and frontend observability tools.
- Skilled in component-driven development and testing frameworks (Playwright, Vitest).
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration mindset.
- Familiarity with web accessibility and performance optimization.
- Advanced skills in iOS (Swift, SwiftUI) and KMP integration.
- Strong knowledge of mobile architecture patterns (Clean Architecture, Repository).
- Passion for cross-platform mobile development.

- 3+ years in QA engineering.
- Strong background in test strategies, risk analysis, and exploratory testing.
