Job Description

Available Positions 1. Backend Platform Engineer Job Description: Responsible for coding, architecting, and owning complex backend components. Work on customer onboarding, AI-driven process optimization, and scalable systems. Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Proficiency in TypeScript / Node.js (experience with Java/C# an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of observability tools (Datadog, structured logging, metrics).
  • Experience in automation, AI integration, and scalable backend design.
  • Team-oriented, curious, and focused on delivering high-quality solutions.
2. Engineering Manager, Platform Job Description: Lead QUO’s Core Engineering team, manage platform growth, mentor engineers, and foster a collaborative, results-driven culture. Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 2+ years in engineering management.
  • Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, microservices).
  • Experience with observability tools (Datadog, OpenTelemetry).
  • Proven ability to manage distributed/remote teams.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
3. Frontend Engineer Job Description: Develop user-facing features for QUO’s communication platform. Focus on performance, accessibility, and seamless customer experience. Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Experience with React, TypeScript, and frontend observability tools.
  • Skilled in component-driven development and testing frameworks (Playwright, Vitest).

  • Familiarity with web accessibility and performance optimization.
4. iOS Engineer (Kotlin Multiplatform) Job Description: Enhance QUO’s iOS app using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP). Build shared modules, improve app architecture, and deliver seamless user experiences. Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Advanced skills in iOS (Swift, SwiftUI) and KMP integration.
