Job Description
The ICBS Country Lead will be responsible for the operational execution and implementation of Citi’s In-Country Business Services (ICBS), covering services such as archiving, managed print, mail & distribution, corporate travel, card programs, and vehicle programs. This leadership role requires strategy development, cost efficiency management, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth service delivery across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ICBS product strategy and operational delivery.
- Drive cost reduction, process improvement, and value creation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with global, regional, and local regulatory requirements.
- Manage operational risk and control using KPIs and continuous improvement techniques.
- Provide efficient daily operations of ICBS services in-country.
- Build strong partnerships with internal clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, monitoring, and cost variance analysis.
- Support other country managers when required and actively participate in global/regional ICBS meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 15 years post-graduation experience, with at least 10 years in banking (candidates close to this requirement may be considered).
- Minimum of 3 years as a Senior Manager with experience in at least 3 major areas of banking operations.
- Operational experience in ICBS core products and service delivery.
- Strong vendor management, financial management, and reporting skills.
- Proven experience in risk & control management in a banking environment.
- Knowledge of industry trends, strategy execution, and customer service delivery.
- Ability to identify and apply best practices for continuous process improvements.
