Job Description

Available Positions
1. Relationship Managers – Public Sector Directorate (Kano & Sokoto)
Responsibilities:
  • Support client retention strategies through excellent service delivery.
  • Serve as the primary contact for daily client services.
  • Conduct account reviews to assess customer needs and usage trends.
  • Develop and market banking products to meet customer demands.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with information security policies.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Business Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND (Upper Credit) or B.Sc. (minimum of Second Class Lower).
  • MBA/ACCA or other postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage.
  • At least 6 years of relevant banking experience in marketing or business development.
2. Product Manager, TB Products Development – Transaction Banking

Responsibilities:

  • Define strategy, budget, targets, and implementation plans for transaction banking products.
  • Drive product development, market analysis, and competitiveness benchmarking.
  • Manage key partner relationships and train workforce on product usage.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance by customer segment/location.
  • Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams on product rollouts.
  • Provide periodic product performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • First Degree in a related discipline.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of banking experience with strong background in Product Management and Design.
3. Business Intelligence Officer – Transaction Banking

Responsibilities:

  • Provide centralized coordination of Transaction Banking Group activities.
  • Monitor performance on Key Performance Indices (KPIs).
  • Coordinate development and execution of group strategies and retreats.
  • Provide consolidated performance reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually).
  • Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking of TB products against industry peers.
  • Ensure compliance with bank’s Information Security policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • First Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ banking experience, with at least 3 years in product development or business intelligence roles.
