Available Positions
1. Relationship Managers – Public Sector Directorate (Kano & Sokoto)
Responsibilities:
- Support client retention strategies through excellent service delivery.
- Serve as the primary contact for daily client services.
- Conduct account reviews to assess customer needs and usage trends.
- Develop and market banking products to meet customer demands.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with information security policies.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Business Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of HND (Upper Credit) or B.Sc. (minimum of Second Class Lower).
- MBA/ACCA or other postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage.
- At least 6 years of relevant banking experience in marketing or business development.
2. Product Manager, TB Products Development – Transaction Banking
Responsibilities:
- Define strategy, budget, targets, and implementation plans for transaction banking products.
- Drive product development, market analysis, and competitiveness benchmarking.
- Manage key partner relationships and train workforce on product usage.
- Monitor and analyze product performance by customer segment/location.
- Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams on product rollouts.
- Provide periodic product performance reports to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- First Degree in a related discipline.
- MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of banking experience with strong background in Product Management and Design.
3. Business Intelligence Officer – Transaction Banking
Responsibilities:
- Provide centralized coordination of Transaction Banking Group activities.
- Monitor performance on Key Performance Indices (KPIs).
- Coordinate development and execution of group strategies and retreats.
- Provide consolidated performance reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking of TB products against industry peers.
- Ensure compliance with bank’s Information Security policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- First Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ banking experience, with at least 3 years in product development or business intelligence roles.
