Job Description
Krystal Medical Centre is recruiting for the position of Medical Laboratory Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic laboratory tests, ensuring quality standards, and supporting clinical decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine and specialized medical laboratory tests.
- Ensure adherence to Laboratory Quality Management Systems (LQMS).
- Manage laboratory data accurately and maintain proper documentation.
- Support research-related activities and basic scientific investigations.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certified Medical Laboratory Technician from a recognized School of Health Technology.
- Minimum of 2 years hospital-based experience.
- Strong knowledge of Laboratory Quality Management Systems (LQMS).
- Competence in laboratory data management and basic research literacy.
- Valid Practice License from the relevant regulatory body.
