Job Description
Rydal Mews Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Accountant to manage financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure all accounting policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Utilize accounting software to process transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow to ensure financial efficiency.
- Conduct reconciliations and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
- Professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA.
- 5–7 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency with widely used accounting software.
- Prior experience in a real estate firm is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
