Job Description

Dana Group is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide vital support to its legal department. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage documents, and assist lawyers with daily operations to ensure smooth departmental workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Board of Directors meetings.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain and manage legal documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and process payments for solicitors.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team.
  • Perform other assigned administrative duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Must reside close to Oshodi/Isolo, Lagos.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office proficiency).
  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • This role is fully onsite.
