Job Description
AETI is seeking passionate and driven fresh graduates to join its Graduate Engineering Trainee Program in Lagos. This program offers hands-on training, mentorship, and career development opportunities, enabling participants to work on real engineering projects while learning from seasoned professionals.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fresh graduate or 0–1 year of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree (First Class or Second Class Upper) or HND (Upper Credit) in Engineering
- Completed NYSC or holds a valid exemption certificate
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn and grow in a structured environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with engineering tools/software is an advantage
