Job Description
Access Bank is currently recruiting for the position of Scrum Master to join its team in Lagos. This is a hybrid role offering a blend of onsite collaboration and remote flexibility.
As a Scrum Master, you will:
- Facilitate all Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support and coach development teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure team efficiency by removing blockers and optimizing workflows.
- Collaborate with product owners to refine backlogs and maintain sprint goals.
- Foster continuous improvement and uphold Agile values and principles.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in software development or Agile project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Skilled in sprint planning and user story creation.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to guide and lead Agile teams.
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM II) certification is an added advantage.
