Job Description
Lafarge Africa Plc invites applications from qualified Nigerian OND graduates for its Technical Skills Development Programme (TSDP) 2025.
This 18-month, tuition-free, non-residential programme is tailored to equip participants with critical technical skills and hands-on experience across various industrial sectors. Successful candidates will receive a monthly allowance and a certificate upon completion.
Programme Locations
Training will take place at Lafarge’s key operational sites in:
- Ewekoro, Ogun State
- Mfamosing, Cross River State
- Ashaka, Gombe State
Qualifications & Requirements
To be eligible for this program, applicants must:
- Possess an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a recognized institution (not earlier than 2021)
- Have a minimum of 5 O’Level credits, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and one other subject, in no more than two sittings
