Job Description
Providus Bank is currently hiring experienced professionals to fill six (6) Relationship Manager positions across various locations in Lagos. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong background in client relationship management and commercial banking.
Providus Bank seeks experienced and self-driven Relationship Managers to strengthen its business development strategy. The successful candidates will be responsible for building and managing client portfolios, driving sales, and delivering tailored banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong client relationships to drive retention and growth
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into revenue
- Provide high-quality customer service and support
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver innovative banking solutions
- Meet or exceed sales and performance targets
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc, BA, HND) in Business, Finance, or related field
- Demonstrated success in relationship management or sales within the commercial banking sector
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset with strong client engagement ability
