Educational Qualifications:
- HND holders with a Distinction
- University graduates with a First Class in the following disciplines:
- Computer Science / IT / Digital Technology
- Communications
- Business Administration
- Accounting
- Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology
- Public or Political Administration
