Job Description
WASIL is currently inviting applications for its 2025 Graduate Trainee Program, offering fresh graduates the chance to grow within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Trainees will be assigned to either of the following tracks:
- Graduate Technical Operator Trainee (Engineering)
- Graduate Commercial Trainee (Non-Engineering)
This is a full-time opportunity based in Sagamu, Ogun State, providing exposure to key departments such as:
- Machine Operations & Maintenance
- Quality Assurance
- Supply Chain & Logistics
- Commercial Strategy
- Leadership & Career Development
Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s or HND degree in Engineering, Management, or related fields
- 0–3 years of work experience
- Not older than 25 years at the time of application
- Must have completed NYSC
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Team player with a proactive attitude and strong leadership potential
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment
- Background in production, supply chain, or engineering is a plus
