Job Description

WASIL is currently inviting applications for its 2025 Graduate Trainee Program, offering fresh graduates the chance to grow within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Trainees will be assigned to either of the following tracks:

  • Graduate Technical Operator Trainee (Engineering)
  • Graduate Commercial Trainee (Non-Engineering)

This is a full-time opportunity based in Sagamu, Ogun State, providing exposure to key departments such as:

  1. Machine Operations & Maintenance
  2. Quality Assurance
  3. Supply Chain & Logistics
  4. Commercial Strategy
  5. Leadership & Career Development

 

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s or HND degree in Engineering, Management, or related fields
  • 0–3 years of work experience
  • Not older than 25 years at the time of application
  • Must have completed NYSC
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and strong leadership potential
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment
  • Background in production, supply chain, or engineering is a plus
