We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate Advertising Assistant to join us remotely.
Job Description
We are seeking a creative and proactive Advertising Assistant (Remote) to support our marketing and sales efforts. In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales and creative teams to plan and implement strategic advertising campaigns, manage online listings, and drive brand visibility across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

List properties on relevant marketing platforms to boost visibility.

Create and execute comprehensive advertising campaigns tailored to real estate audiences.

Manage and update social media pages with engaging content.

Monitor and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to optimize ROI.

Develop strong relationships with media partners to negotiate placements and favorable advertising terms.

Identify and apply new trends and tools in digital real estate advertising.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales goals.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

SSCE, OND, or Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) accepted.

Formal online advertising education is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong internet research and digital skills.

Ability to remain online for extended hours.

Excellent listening and communication skills.

Passion for marketing and willingness to learn new tools.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Candidates with less formal education but strong passion/skills may be trained
