Job Description
Flour Mills of Nigeria is seeking qualified candidates for two vital positions in its logistics and operations team: Order Fulfilment Manager and Assistant Manager, Order Fulfilment. These roles focus on overseeing and coordinating the timely processing and dispatch of orders across Regional Distribution Centers (RDCs) to support the company’s Rising Stars & Innovation product lines.
Key Responsibilities for Order Fulfilment Manager:
- Lead planning and coordination of order fulfilments across all regions.
- Monitor daily order generation and ensure timely fulfilment at RDCs.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Operations, and Sales teams to align shipment and truck allocation plans.
- Optimize mixed-load scheduling to reduce cost and enhance delivery performance.
- Drive performance metrics including On-Time In-Full (OTIF), forecast adherence, and order backlogs.
- Align sales forecasting with regional sales managers on a monthly basis.
Key Responsibilities for Assistant Manager, Order Fulfilment:
- Assist in the collation and reconciliation of daily orders with warehouse inventory.
- Coordinate with sales teams to review and adjust orders to meet fulfilment targets.
- Promote combo loading strategies to improve product distribution efficiency.
- Support daily operational planning and order visibility at RDCs.
Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements:
- Order Fulfilment Manager: B.Sc. degree in a relevant field
- Assistant Manager: B.Sc. or OND in Social Sciences or related disciplines
Experience:
- Order Fulfilment Manager: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Assistant Manager: Minimum 2 years in a similar role
